ESTATE PLANNING
As an estate planning attorney, Margaret Norman can help you
understand and pick the estate plan that it best for you. We
prepare and advise on wills, trust agreements, powers of attorney,
and health care declarations, pre-marital agreements, charitable
giving, domestic partnerships. Our estate planning includes
provisions for pet care under the new California statute. We
review old wills and trusts and bring them up to date. The new
2018 tax law changes may affect your will and trust.
ESTATE SETTLEMENT and PROBATE
As a Probate lawyer Margaret Norman arranges for the collection of assets and distribution to heirs. All estates do not need to open a probate case or need court approval. Although we often handle large, complex estates, we also settle small estates that do not need probate court orders.
TRUST ADMINISTRATION AND LITIGATION
Administration includes accounting for trust assets, distributing
assets and assembling information to file the 706 estate tax
returns. We mediate or litigate trust disputes. Attorney Margaret Norman

Employers need an advocate, we have staff Certified Industrial
Hygienists (CIH), Certified Safety Professionals (CSP) and an
ability to settle these cases quickly and favorably. Appeal for
these cases is time critical! Fifteen Days to appeal, if you
do not appeal within fifteen days the Administrative Court assumes
you have admitted to all items listed in the Citation or Notice of
